How do I get training for Elements and how do I get super user access?

Elements training is available through Galter Library on a rolling schedule—or you can sign up for an upcoming session or request a session. If you need Super-User privileges, please email ghsl-ref@northwestern.edu with your request and include your name, NetID, email address, position, and the department or division you support. We recommend that all Super-Users attend or watch a recording of an Elements training session before receiving elevated access.
