How do I access UpToDate?

You can find links to UpToDate on Galter Library's homepage, in the Popular Resources column or in the Shortcuts menu on our site's horizontal navigation bar.
You can also download the UpToDate mobile app (links below).
To maintain continued remote access to UpToDate, you will need to:
1. Create an account: While connected to an NU Network or VPN, open UpToDate and click Register in the upper right corner. Follow prompts to create an account. If you have an account from a former institutional affiliation, and wish to continue to access it through Northwestern, see the instructions linked below.
2. Log in every 90 days while connected to an NU network or VPN.
