How do I report a problem with access to a resource?

Call the Access Services desk at 312-503-8126 during Library Hours or chat with us (Monday – Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm) to discuss the problem you’re having. They’ll be able to check some routine issues that come up or determine if we need to escalate your question to another department.
Please provide the following information:
- Your affiliation
- Whether you are on- or off- campus (or using VPN)
- Browser
- A screen shot of the error message or detailed description of what you are trying to access and how you attempted to get to it
