How do I make an interlibrary loan request?

Answer

You can request material through our Interlibrary Loan system in two ways:

Option 1 - From a database: If you found the item’s citation through a library database, use the Find it @ NU, Find it @ Galter, or LibKey Nomad buttons to check if the library has the item in full-text. If not, use the available Request A Scan of this Article link. This method should pre-populate the request form for you. Note: If you are not given any full text or Interlibary Loan links, try logging in again by clicking in the upper right corner.

Option 2 - Manually: Sign in to the ILL system and click Place a Request. Complete the form, including all necessary citation information, and click Submit.
