How long does it take to receive requested materials?
Answer
The time it takes to receive requested materials varies but it generally takes a few days to a week depending on the availability of materials requested. Please see the table below for an idea of when to expect your request. The process can be expedited in the cases of emergency patient care or grant deadlines. Please contact the ILL staff directly for emergency requests.
